Delete your FieldPro account

You can delete your FieldPro account and all associated data at any time. Choose whichever option is easiest for you.

In the app (fastest)

Open the FieldPro app → Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Request via the web

Can't access the app? Submit the form below and we'll process the deletion for you.

What gets deleted

When your request is processed we permanently remove:

Your profile and account
Contact details (email and phone number)
Location and address data
Photos you uploaded
Messages and conversations
Job history

What we retain (only where legally required)

Transaction and invoice records are kept where tax and accounting law requires, for the legally mandated retention period, after which they are deleted. These records are the minimum needed to comply with the law and are not used for any other purpose.

FieldPro does not store your payment card data — card details are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe.
