Trust is the foundation of FieldPro. Here's how we protect both sides of every job — and what to do if something isn't right.

Professional verification

Every professional passes identity verification before they can quote. Background-checked pros carry an additional badge.

Secure payments

Payments run through Stripe with funds held until the job is done. Never pay in cash — protection only applies inside FieldPro.

Customer protection

Every booking is covered by FieldPro Customer Protection. Disputes are reviewed by a human within 48 hours.

Fraud prevention

Automated systems flag suspicious accounts, off-platform payment requests and fake review attempts around the clock.

Honest reviews

Only customers who completed and paid for a job can review it. Ratings can't be bought, edited or removed for money.

Community guidelines

Respectful behaviour is non-negotiable. Harassment, discrimination or unsafe work practices lead to removal.

Report a problem

Seen something that doesn't belong on FieldPro? Report it — every report is reviewed by a human. You can report:

  • Fake or impersonated profiles
  • Requests to pay outside the platform
  • Fraud or scam attempts
  • Harassment or threatening behaviour
  • Spam or inappropriate content
  • Dangerous or unlicensed work

Choose the “Trust & safety report” category and attach any screenshots by replying to the confirmation email. In an emergency, always call 112 first.
